Big Planters are a very practical support to the healthy schools initiative. There is no better way to introduce children to the importance of eating well than to get them involved in growing it for themselves. All our planters are available in a lower height (425mm) which makes them very accessible to young children. They love watching vegetables grow from the seeds they sow and relish the opportunity to get involved in digging or watering or feeding.
If you have more than one planter linking them with bench seating can make them a lovely focal social place where children can sit and relax and enjoy seeing the fruits of their labours.
